This was a boilerplate Bill Clinton speech. I’ve been waiting for a stemwinder from Pres. Obama and got half of one. I think it might be to late to really help – everyone knows that congress will pass nothing and when the Prez says “let’s turn the temperature down in DC” – he’s wrong and that mindset has resulted in no real legislation that affects the dinner table- this American man wants the President to be his lobbyist/voice in that mudpuddle there by the Potomac and the Pres. wants it both ways. He also has this desire to be loved by the Republicans – first by praising Reagan (on his transformative movement, whatever – stupid IMO) and last night Pres. Lincoln??.. No one will dispute Honest Abe – but please build up the people in your party, maybe even the ones still alive that can go campaign like huh,, President Clinton?….This was a 4 out 10. HE HAS TO CHANGE TO CHANGE THIS DEBT NARRATIVE – It’s total bullshit and ends up creating human scapegoats and has been working for the Republicans since Reagan sold it so well. That said if he can pass a better mortgage program – I’m willing to reconsider! I just think that President Obama is Out of his legislative league in hog tying the opposition.

ps in this election yar I am choosing not to believe in any media or blog hot air blower and instead read and make an emotionless decision. no hope and change religi-o lefty mouthfarts – no freedomy – non-regulatory out and out righty lying crap…..going to look past that for recent and distant historical comparisons.

New Iphone or New Kindle Fire…

Want both…I have been on a life simplification kick. Trying to lighten the backpack so to speak.

Will these with all that they can do (even more than my 3Gs & my 2nd gen Kindle) – let me do more with less?

Kindle Fire – The absence of a back-light in my awesome old Kindle is a downer..I just have never really been able to illuminate that screen even with all the clip on lights I’ve tried. That’s enough to make the purchase, however you do give some things up. Like battery life & e-ink screen. I’ll get one, because I am such an avid reader and this device will give me more access to material.

IPhone 4gs – My ATT contract is expired and I am being offered one for $199.99 – I am sure this new phone is a rocket ship in many ways.

I have held onto both devices (which are both still fully operational) through other product upgrades and newer models, so I am not a total tech junkie…is that enough to relieve my guilt for buying some things I don’t really need?

Stay tuned – still thinking about it.

I will not be purchasing season 2 of The Walking Dead. They lost me last season.

Plenty of excellent zombie survival fiction out there – some with excellent sci – fi and philosophical, moral and ethical twists going on…This show is to soap opera’y for me! Enjoy the day and the week my dears. xx e

I have been rockin’ my Kindle 2 for many years and enjoy it much. Biggest downsize is no backlight..the clion’s just don’t do it, I end up holding a flashlight with one hand whilst balancing it on my clavicle….

I read all the digital reader blogs and get the sense it will be good…but how much longer..I am an Ipad 2 hold out – great device, to big…
